Absolutely loved this place! The ramen broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. I had the Spicy Miso Ramen and it was seriously one of the best I’ve had in Colorado. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Definitely coming back!
Hidden gem in Boulder! I stumbled upon Jing Ramen during lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The Tonkotsu Ramen was creamy, savory, and full of depth. The toppings were fresh, and the soft-boiled egg was perfection. Great portion sizes and fair prices. Highly recommend!
